Interview Questions

Use the job listing or job description for tips on which interview questions will be asked in your job.  The job listing or job description reflects what the employer is seeking in the successful interview candidate.  Follow the seven steps below to identify possible interview questions:

  1. Each job interview includes common interview questions - questions about you, your experience, your education, and your training.  Review the common interview questions under each subject area in Common Interview Questions.

  2. Interview questions for each job interview are based on the qualifications required to perform the job.  Review the job ad and/or job description and underline the qualifications from the job description or ad.  Look up the underlined qualifications in our Interview Question Key Words©.  Under each Interview Question Key Words© you'll find sample interview questions and answer tips.
