Software Development Engineer

Description: We are currently seeking an outstanding SDE/T for the test planning, development, debugging and analysis process.  The SDE/T focus is on understanding developing technology, planning and writing of new test cases in various languages, debugging of product problems uncovered, and analysis of effectiveness and quality of test coverage achieved.  The successful candidate will build automation using C++/C#/VBScript coding languages, perform problem isolation and analysis, communicate with developers in support of debugging and investigation of test case breaks, do detailed test planning and design as well as generating and following through on bug reports. 

Qualifications:

  • Solid programming skills in high-level language(s) [C/C++/C#, etc] 

  • Test methodology and Windows operating system desired.

  • Knowledge of internet programming dynamics and languages (SOAP, XML, HTTP, Certificates) is a definite plus.  

  • Good communication skills and ability to work closely in a team environment required.  

  • BA/BS or MS degree in Computer Science preferred.
